How long does production take?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on items that are defective or damaged. As most products are made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Contact us at support@mrdgaf.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
How do I know what size to order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already started. Email support@mrdgaf.shop ASAP.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@mrdgaf.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out fast.
